Course: Naturno- Merano- Firmiano- returning by train

From the town center of Naturno, we take Via Stazione / Bahnhofstraße which leads us to a bridge, the starting point of the cycle path on the Lungoadige / Etschdamm. We turn left onto the cycle path towards Merano. We pass through the villages Plaus and Rablà before we reach Tel. There, we cross the state road and take the new cycle path downhill to Lagundo. At the first hairpin bend, a viewpoint offers a stunning panoramic view of Merano and its surroundings. After a short break, we continue our ride towards Merano. We follow the cycle path towards Bolzano until we reach Ponte Adige, a village just before the capital Bolzano. We turn right, cross the bridge and follow the signs to the Messner Mountain Museum - we have reached our destination. We recommend visiting the museum before returning. To return, we follow the same path to get back to Ponte Adige, where we can take the train back to Naturno. Alternatively, you can also follow the cycle path to the city of Bolzano and return to Naturno from there by train. Those who still have enough stamina and strength left, or E-Bikers, can return to Naturno by bike on the cycle path.
