Description
Culinary delights, culture and the South Tyrolean way of life – accompanied by the culinary guides and wine ambassadors of the Ötzi Bike Academy
We set off together from Naturno and roll along at a leisurely pace. After just a few metres, you can already feel that special South Tyrolean way of life: peace and quiet, wide open spaces and the gentle hum of nature. Passing Dornsberg Castle, our tour takes us to Plaus and through endless apple orchards to Rablá, where we cycle past the charming K.K. Museum Bad Egart. In Tel, we head for a very special viewpoint: the ‘big chairs’ on the cycle path. There, we take a moment to catch our breath, let our gaze wander and enjoy the view. The cycle path takes us back towards Naturno and on to Stava, where we are treated to a fantastic view of Juval Castle – a place closely associated with Reinhold Messner. Finally, a very special gourmet stop awaits us in Castelbello: the rustic "Gstirnerkeller". A place where you can arrive, let go and simply feel at home. Here we enjoy a well-deserved break – with authentic South Tyrolean flair, good conversation and a glass that tastes like home. Refreshed and with many impressions in our luggage, we get back on our bikes and cycle through the apple orchards back to Naturno.
